WHY DO I TEACH?I teach to make a difference and because I love not only what I do, but also the subjects I teach and the students I meet. Simply put, I teach because I CAN do.

LIFELONG LEARNER
"Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and diligence." - Abigail Adams
I have been blessed to spend my life in many different classrooms - traditional and otherwise.
Through these experiences I have come to firm belief that all of life can be a learning experience
but one needs to seek learning opportunities and let them permeate the mind.

IN THE CLASSROOM
I gained a love of history from a young age traveling around the United States. This love transferred into a passion that led
to a college major and a career in teaching. I teach 8th Grade U.S. History, 7th Grade Social Studies, and 8th Grade Theology.
I love what I do and am excited to share the work of my students.
